Our Services

Reading the land clearly for confident environmental decisions.

At Toadally Restored, we focus on delivering field-based, regulator-ready ecological work that supports responsible land development and long-term ecosystem recovery. Our approach is grounded in on-site data collection and careful ecological interpretation, ensuring that assessments and restoration designs reflect real conditions. We work across regulatory and planning contexts where clarity, defensibility, and consistency matter, translating complex field findings into practical guidance for approval processes, mitigation planning, and implementation on the ground.

Environmental Impact Studies (EIS)

Our integrated approach collects field data to support multiple planning and regulatory requirements, reducing duplication across studies and improving consistency between deliverables through coordinated ecological interpretation. We focus on technically defensible, site-grounded reporting for regulatory review.

Services include:
•    Site impact assessment
•    Constraint and sensitivity mapping
•    Mitigation planning and interpretation
•    Monitoring and compliance follow-up

Our approach emphasizes consistent application of wetland classification criteria under variable site conditions to support regulatory screening, development planning, restoration projects, and Environmental Impact Studies.

Services include:
•    OWES wetland classification
•    Vegetation, soil, and hydrology characterization
•    Regulatory screening and reporting support

Services include:
•    Site assessment, restoration planning, and permitting support
•    Excavation and hydrological reconfiguration
•    Native planting and habitat enhancement
•    Post-restoration monitoring and adaptive management

Services include:
•    Habitat suitability assessments
•    Design and construction of hibernacula, nest cages, basking sites, and movement corridors
•    Monitoring protocols and landowner education
